Machinist

Coherent Technical Services, Inc is seeking a Machinist to work in its Lexington Park, MD fabrication facility.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education

High School Diploma

Experience

• The candidate should possess three years experience with milling operations, sheet metal fabrication and basic hand tools used in a machine shop environment.
• The candidate must possess the ability to analyze blueprints, drawings, manuals, handbooks, and technical specifications to determine configuration of desired products or part.
• Applies knowledge of instrumentation, assembly and alignment of mechanical equipment.
• Welding skills and CNC experience are preferred.
• The candidate must be able to follow safety regulations in work areas.
