SeaPort-e

The SeaPort-e program was originally established by NAVSEA to facilitate the electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic support services. The Navy has recently expanded the program and designated SeaPort-e as the vehicle of choice for future support serices required by the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) commands including NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and SPAWAR. CTSi is available via the SeaPort-e vehicle for the full range of engineering, technical, and program support services.

Coherent Technical Services, Inc. (CTSi) was recently awarded a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as part of its Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Task (eFAST) contract.

eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.

As part of eFAST, CTSi will be eligible to provide a broad range of comprehensive professional, technical and support services and solutions to the FAA.

Developed to streamline the purchasing process for the FAA, the combined ceiling for all MOAs over a five-year base period (with two one-year options) is $2 Billion. eFAST is the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling its Small Business goals. The Period of Performance of this BPA is 04/27/2011 to 09/30/2016.
