Coherent Technical Services, Inc. (CTSi) is pleased to announce that we are being awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts to perform research and development, integration, analysis, assessment, and test and evaluation services in support of the Aircraft Prototype Facility. Along with ourselves, four other vendors will also be awarded contracts: J.F. Taylor, Inc., Dayton T. Brown, Inc., American Electronic Warfare Association, Inc., and Strata-G Solutions. Each contractor will be awarded $10,000 at the time of award. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts is $219,875,168, and the companies will have the opportunity to bid on each individual task order. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. (90 percent), and at individual contractor facilities at various locations throughout the United States (10 percent). Work performed under these contracts is expected to be completed in August 2016. Contract funds in the amount of $10,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. These contracts were solicited via a multiple award electronic request for proposals as a 100 percent small business set-aside; and five offers were received. The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
