CTSi Award eFAST FAA Contract

Coherent Technical Services, Inc. (CTSi) was recently awarded a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) by the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) as part of its Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Task (eFAST) contract.

eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.
As part of eFAST, CTSi will be eligible to provide a broad range of comprehensive professional, technical and support services and solutions to the FAA.

CTSi is a qualified vendor for all of the eFAST Functional Areas listed below:
1. Air Transportation Support
2. Business Administration and Management
3. Research and Development
4. Services Engineering
5. Computer/Information Systems Development
6. Computer Systems Support
7. Documentation and Training
8. Maintenance and Repair


Developed to streamline the purchasing process for the FAA, the combined ceiling for all MOAs over a five-year base period (with two one-year options) is $2 Billion. eFAST is the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling its Small Business goals. The Period of Performance of this BPA is 04/27/2011 to 09/30/2016.
