Quality Assurance Program
CTSi has developed peer review and management review processes and documentation that have been adopted by multiple projects within the Navy that have lead to increased production of quality products. These efforts included the development of mandatory review processes, prior to submission to management and Government leadership, which have dramatically increased the acceptability of these products by the senior leadership.
