Coherent Technical Services, Inc is working with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to modify F-16 aircraft to allow an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent to execute F-16 missions. Cyber security requirements are a key performance parameter for this project. CTSi is seeking an experience Cyber Security Analyst to join our team to develop a cyber security plan for the project, develop required cyber security artifacts, and ensure the project maintains compliance with applicable military and industry standards and processes. Specific experience and tasks include:

• In-depth understanding of protection requirements related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Controlled Technical Information (CTI)
• Familiar with USAF accreditation process
• Experience with NSA processes for encryption and cross-domain solutions
• Extensive knowledge of NIST Special Publication 800-171 and appropriate compliance provisions
• Prepare and deliver cyber-related documents related to hardware and software configuration items including critical design analysis, information assurance analysis, and vulnerability assessment report
• Work with the customer to assemble or generate cyber security artifacts needed to support the Authorization to Operate (ATO)
• Strong organization, documentation, and project management skills
• Experience with government processes and procedures

Education/Certifications:

• B.S. degree (M.S. preferred) in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or technical-related discipline from an accredited school.
• CompTIA Security + certification

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience performing the above duties and responsibilities, preferably with DoD or government agencies
• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
