Flight Dynamics Engineer

CTSi is looking for flight dynamics engineers to build the next generation autonomous air combat systems with huge potential impact to the future of military aviation. An active DoD Secret security clearance approved for Special Access Programs is required, with Top Secret desired.

Education/Certifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in flight dynamics and controls from a College or University accredited by a nationally-recognized accrediting agency.

Experience:

  • Three or more years’ experience with flight dynamics and controls analysis, modeling, and simulation.
  • Fluent in Matlab/Simulink required, Mathematica/System Modeler/Modelica a plus.
  • Experience with system identification techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with Model Centric Systems Engineering, Simulink, and/or autocoding pipelines, is a plus.
  • Experience coding in C/C++, Java, Ada, or similar languages a plus.
  • Experience working with software and hardware engineers toward implementation and flight testing a plus.
