CTSi is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. The Program Analyst will analyze and coordinate the ongoing program functions of various projects. The position will accomplish program support to include administrative and technical recommendations.

• Collect, compile, and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance data for Program Management support for incorporation into reports, data calls, and supporting financial documentation.
• Provide support to the Program Manager in the development and update of program plans, provide information required to prepare/analyze/route technical reports.
• Assist the Program Manager in the development, preparation, and update of input to program briefs, CDRLs and technical reports to ensure data is accurate and consistent with approved plans and key program events.
• Reviewing format and layout of documentation to ensure accuracy of draft and final products for varied government deliverables.
• Edit deliverables for proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and readability.
• Assist the Program Manager in reviewing and analyzing funding execution status for all facet of the program management.
• Coordination of official meeting minutes and program status updates and distribute to project team members and stakeholders.
• Capture and track action status, notification to team members of outstanding actions.
• Use databases and MS Office products to manage, maintain and distribute technical and programmatic data, as directed by Program Manager.

Education:

• BS/BA in a technical, business, or management field.

Experience:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
• Secret clearance preferred.
