Coherent Technical Services, Inc is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (Senior level) specializing in Agile and Development Life Cycle Methodologies to work at Pax River, MD supporting Navy Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS). The role will perform the following tasks:

• Coach a development team on Scrum principles to attain sprint goals.
• Ability to lead Agile transformation effort and work collaboratively to establish enterprise Agile processes.
• Perform as Scrum Master and FQT/Regression Test Director.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tool suite including Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket.
• Create workflows utilizing Jira.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Facilitate document development and coordination, assess, validate, and prioritize requirements to include lead study elements and adjudicating comments for the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS).
• Manage System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) activities to include – create checklists, assign questions to subject matter experts, extract metrics for presentation during formal reviews.
• Provide Data Management guidance and assistance to Program Management.

Education/Certifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in engineering, physics, or computer sciences from an accredited school.

Experience:

• This position requires at least 10 years’ experience in Systems Engineering to include 3 years’ experience related to Acquisition Logistics management.  Specific experience with JPALS and Unmanned Combat Aerial Systems is highly desirable.
• Possess strong organization, documentation, and project management skills.
• Understand government processes and procedures.

U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility. Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
