Our Enhanced Link Navigation System (ELNS) uses aircraft data link signals to provide precision navigation without relying on GPS. It can be implemented with no hardware changes to the aircraft.
CTSi's ELNS uses angle measurement to preserve position accuracy when the network geometry is poor. This multi-angle system provides higher accuracy than multi-range systems and has inherent high integrity. Even in the presence of a fault the airplane cannot detect, ELNS is accurate to inches and provides real-time guidance to pilots.
Our ELNS system is being developed for all aircraft that land aboard ship and all aircraft that need to navigate a GPS-denied environment.
