Senior Program Analyst

CTSi is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the Tomahawk Missile Systems PMA-280) Obsolescence IPTL. The Senior Program Analyst will analyze and coordinate the ongoing program functions. The position will accomplish program support to include administrative and technical recommendations.

· Collect, compile, and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance data for the Obsolescence IPT support for incorporation into reports, data calls, and supporting financial documentation.

  • Provide support to the IPT Lead in the development and update of program plans, provide information required to prepare/analyze/route technical reports.
  • Assist the IPT Lead in the development, preparation, and update of input to program briefs, and technical reports to ensure data is accurate and consistent with approved plans and key program events.
  • Analyze, track, and manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines, including EVM, IPMDAR, IMS, and CDRL deliverables.
  • Support CDRL reviews, contract data deliverable management, and performance assessments in accordance with NAVAIR/DoD standards.
  • Prepare and review BOEs, SOWs, DIDs, and acquisition documentation for program contracts.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and briefing skills for interaction with senior government and contractor personnel.
  • Participate in technical reviews and milestone events (IBRs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs) to ensure program readiness.
  • Reviewing format and layout of documentation to ensure accuracy of draft and final products for varied government deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and executive summaries to senior leadership.
  • Edit deliverables for proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and readability.
  • Assist the IPT Lead in reviewing and analyzing funding execution status for all facet of the program management.
  • Coordination of official meeting minutes and program status updates and distribute to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Capture and track action status, notification to team members of outstanding actions.
  • Proficient knowledge in databases and MS Office products to manage, maintain and distribute technical and programmatic data, as directed by IPT Lead.
  • Serve as a primary program management and acquisition analyst supporting the IPTL in daily execution of program activities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and briefing skills for interaction with senior government and contractor personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic-level recommendations to leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively across IPTs and functional disciplines.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Clear communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.

U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility. Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
